Chart grid
The chart grid draws a chart for every symbol in a watchlist or a portfolio at once, so you can scan the shape of each price in seconds rather than open them one at a time.
A table of prices tells you how much each share moved; it does not show you how. Whether a rise is the continuation of a trend or a bounce in a fall, whether a share is at a high or a low, whether the whole list is moving together, all need a chart, and opening thirty charts individually is slow. The chart grid takes a monitor or a portfolio account and draws a small chart for every symbol in it, in a grid, so you can scan the whole list at a glance and open any chart in full.
The grid does not keep its own list of symbols; it always reflects the monitor or account you chose, so adding a share to the monitor adds it to the grid. Bar length and range apply to every chart in the grid at once. A single chart in detail is the chart page; a board you arrange by hand with notes is Canvas.
