aNewFN.com is run by aNewFN Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Clem Chambers built it so a private investor can see real-time market prices, and the order book behind them, without paying a data vendor.

The site shows London Stock Exchange shares, including FTSE and AIM companies, US share prices, forex, and US-dollar prices for gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and bitcoin. Level 2, where the exchange provides it, is the order book: the bids and offers waiting at each price. The quote on a symbol is the bid and the offer. The last trade is the most recent executed trade, and it is not the same number.

Charts, a list of trades, toplists, a stock screener, watchlists, a bulletin board, and a portfolio tracker you can reconcile to your broker's statement are part of the same site. Everything is free: registration costs nothing and there is no subscription tier for market data. London prices stay delayed until you sign a free private-investor declaration, which the exchange requires; after that they are live.
