More Gold Boom to Come

Gold is the driver and Silver is the fast horse.

Gold is for war and not a week goes by without some further piece of the puzzle of global conflict falls into place.

WW3 is not fate but we are on the path with a direct US v China conflict the destination we should hope we never arrive at.

Make no mistake governments consider war a valid political tool and now all the politicians who makes policy that saw WW2 are gone, the brakes are a lot more soggy then they were in the days when men who called the shots had seen the horror in first person.

Gold is the currency of war and if you do not have it you can not fight for long unless a big brother pays. This is why Gold has gone up and why it will continue to go up until we get back on the road to peace.

So lets look at Gold and the road it is on.

Here is a primitive.

You can see the acceleration from this perspective.

The trends are bullish. Here are some trajectories.

However these are linear and when a certain point is reached FOMO (fear of missing out breaks out) and the price goes vertical.

Here we see it in action. FOMO reprices Gold, it pulls back on to the trend and resumes the move. The price trend is government buying Gold and as long as stress is maintained a trend will be in place.

Now silver is the fast horse and it is the FOMO king of precious metals. Retail sees Gold which trends on upwards and has piled into the cheap cousin which is Silver.

Here is a chart of Silver against Gold.

The call is, will Silver pull back or will Gold suddenly spike up?

This is where you have to start guessing and this is mine.

At some point the market goes vertical and a Gold bubble will look something like this. The longer it goes linear the higher the vertical will go and of course $10,000 is the price magnet.

I do not see the collapse of the dollar or a stock market crash or Bitcoin taking over. I just expect a Gold vertical to punctuate this bull market. It could take 2-3 years it could take 2-3 months but the chart will look like the timeless boom, bubble, bust charts we see over and over,

If we see a new ATH in Gold shortly expect Gold to attract FOMO. Then Silver, the fast horse, will decide whether to take a pause or charge flat out. I’ll be holding both and others till the chart is saying the bubble it topping out and that is quite far off, at least as far as my voodoo charting is concerned.
