Terms are the conditions for using the aNewFN website, which apply to you as soon as you use it.
The terms set out what the site provides, what you may and may not do with the data and your account, and the limits of aNewFN's responsibility. They are distinct from the exchange's private-investor declaration on Feeds, which is about your eligibility for live data, and from the risk disclosure, which is about the danger of losing money. Privacy covers your personal information separately.
