Your data is where you ask for a copy of the personal information aNewFN holds about you, or delete your account.
You are entitled to know what personal information a website holds about you and to have it removed. This page makes both requests: a copy of your data, or deletion of your account and everything in it. Each sends you a single-use confirmation link by email, so the request cannot be made by someone else who happens to be at your keyboard. The Privacy page describes what is collected and why.
